CRE Professional - Community Service Volunteer of the Year
Recognizes an individual commercial real estate professional who has shown exceptional dedication to community service in the past year. Honorees demonstrate meaningful leadership, measurable impact, and a personal commitment to improving the communities where they live and work. The individual’s community service efforts and volunteerism may be conducted through their real estate company and/or outside of it.
CRE Partner Professional - Community Service Volunteer of the Year
Recognizes an individual product or service provider in the commercial real estate industry who has gone above and beyond in giving back to the community. Honorees demonstrate meaningful leadership, measurable impact, and a personal commitment to improving the communities where they live and work. The individual’s community service efforts and volunteerism may be conducted through their real estate company and/or outside of it.
PROPERTY AWARDS
CRE Property - Community Service Project of the Year
Recognizes a commercial real estate property that has made an outstanding contribution to the community through a single service project in the past year. Honorees demonstrate strong volunteer engagement, measurable impact, and a clear commitment to making a positive difference.
CRE Property - Community Service Property of the Year
Recognizes a commercial real estate property that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the community through a variety of service activities in the past year. Honorees showcase broad volunteer engagement, measurable impact, and a sustained dedication to improving the communities they serve.
COMPANY AWARDS
CRE Partner Company - Community Service Company of the Year
Recognizes a product or service provider company in the commercial real estate industry that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to community service over the past year. Honorees showcase broad volunteer engagement, measurable impact, and a sustained dedication to improving the communities they serve.
